Very nice work - I loved that you immediately started to apply the concepts to leadership. About Consolidation - actually leaders whose consolidation is high typically find work more energizing. High Consolidation may be particularly helpful because many leaders are high in Originality - and the high C somewhat "balances" the need to change and innovate and helps with efficiency.
